Travos.ai started with a simple observation: Open source software is incredible, but self-hosting it is often a nightmare. You need to know Docker, Nginx, SSL, database management, and backups just to get started.
I realized that thousands of automation experts were spending more time managing servers than building automations. That's when I decided to build a platform that bridges the gap between the freedom of self-hosting and the ease of SaaS.
Today, travos.ai is building a simple PaaS that bridges the gap between the freedom of open source and the ease of managed SaaS. We are starting with automation, but we are building the foundation for the future of self-hosted software.

Hi! I'm Julian, a developer from Colombia. I built travos.ai because I believe powerful tools shouldn't be reserved for those with a DevOps degree. I'm building this platform solo, which means when you reach out for support, you're talking directly to the person who wrote the code.
Wait, where is the AI?
You might be wondering why our domain is travos.ai if we are a hosting platform.
Is it because .ai domains look cool? (Okay, maybe a little).
Is it "Automated Infrastructure"? (Nice save, right?)
The truth is, while I don't have a sentient robot butler yet, I am hard at work building native AI capabilities to make your workflows smarter, coming next year. So the robots are coming... they're just stuck in traffic.
